Brouard, Delores Lila Of Jackson, MI. passed away April 26, 2020. She was born September 4, 1929 to Artis T. and Clara (Traxler) Seeley in Cascade (Ada Township, Kent County), MI. She graduated from Rockford High School and Central Michigan University. Delores taught school in Sparta, MI until she married Jack L. Brouard on January 30, 1954. They were blessed with two daughters, Laura (Steve) McLean and Julie (Jeffry) Schneider, two grandsons, Jordan (Melissa) and Jesse (Alexis) Schneider, and six great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother Lawrence (Nancy) Seeley, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved Brouard family members. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, her parents, her sister Betty (Dick) Houting, her brothers Max (Marlys) Seeley and Paul Seeley, nephews Darryl, Steve, Danny, Eric, and Brouard sisters and brothers-in-law. The family wishes to thank the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice House in Jackson for their compassionate and excellent care. A service celebrating Delores’ life will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Delores’ memory may be sent to the Salvation Army in Jackson or HFA Hospice Home.
