Carla Venita Lanois, 71, of Oklahoma City, died Thursday, February 18, 2016, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Marrell Holman Seely and Billye McNyta (Kimberlin) Seely, she was born July 21, 1944 in Duncan, Oklahoma.
Carla was Christian in faith and enjoyed cooking, oil painting, and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Hayden Lanois, a daughter, McNyta Lynn Denney, and a sister, Patricia Chloe Clark.
She is survived by one son, Richard Denney, of Oklahoma City; one sister, Sharon Hoffman and her husband, Gary, of Blanchard; nieces and nephews, Susan Tarney and her husband, Jack, of California, Kim Thomas of California, Tim Thomas of California, Larry Baughn of Oklahoma City, Marla McDowell of Oklahoma City, and Stacey Parker and her husband, Greg, of Norman; and many other loved ones and friends.
