Blanche Sealey Foss, 70, of Leicester, died on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at Memorial Campus Mission Hospitals. A native of Buncombe Co., Mrs. Foss was a daughter of the late Claude Jackson and Lula Keener Sealey. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Foss; sisters, Hattie Mae Stewart, of Virginia, Nancy Grooms, of Asheville, Ula Ann Smith, of South Carolina, and Irene Marie Willis, of Leicester.
