Alean Sealey Hunt, 92, of 3655 N.C. 130 West, died Feb. 9, 2012, at The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at South Robeson High School, the Revs. Johnny Locklear, Dennis Hunt and Jimmy Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Benson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Margolis Hunt; her father and mother, James Clifford and Strawdie Sealey; three sons, Nathaniel Sr., Donald Lee, and Jerry Dean Hunt; three brothers; and five sisters.
Hunt is survived by six sons, Wendell Hunt of the home, James Alton (Red) of Sophia, Datry, Ervin, N.A., and Nelson Hunt, all of Rowland; a grandson that she raised as a son, Nathaniel Hunt Jr. of Rowland; three daughters, Reddy Locklear and Audrey Hunt, both of Rowland, and Vicky Carol Johnson of Las Vegas; two brothers, Levon Sealey of Rowland and Jimmy Sealey of Charlotte; four sisters, Lettie Mae Jacobs of Rowland, Louise Hunt of Charlotte, Janice Sealey of Concord, and Betty Sealey of Rowland; 34 grandchildren; 84 great-grandchildren; and 31 great-great-grandchildren/
The visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Boles Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Rowland.
