Adlyn S. George, 82, of 221 S. Geneva St., Ithaca, and formerly of Durland Place, Watkins Glen, died Friday, Sept. 18, 1981 at Tompkins Community Hospital.
Mrs. George was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Watkins Glen, Business and Professional Women, and was a retired Schuyler county clerk.
Mrs. George is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Loretta Martin of Lockwood and Mrs. Ellsworth (Mildred) Porter, also of Lockwood; a nephew, Mr. William Seeley of Lakeside, Mont.
Private funeral services will be held Monday at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home in Watkins Glen. The Rev. Clark McKinney will officiate. Burial will be in Glenwood cemetery in Watkins Glen. There are no private calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
