Marianne G. Cox
Of Rives Junction, passed away June 16, 1992, aged 75. She is survived by five brothers, Edgar A. and his wife, Calla Jean Chamberlain of Middleville, Mich., Gordon F. and his wife, Saralu Chamberlain, Richard P. and his wife Mary Lee Chamberlain, Philip J. Chamberlain all of Lansing, Nelson E. and his wife, Jean Chamberlain of Cypres, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Gloria and her husband Jerry Ansbaugh of Florida, Barbara and her husband, Paul Foltz of Connecticut; two stepsons, Richard and his wife, Sandra Cox of Jackson and Fred Cox of Rives Junction. Mrs. Cox was a teacher in the Jackson Public Schools for 36 years teaching at Bennett and Allen Schools. She was the past president and active member in the Michigan Genealogical Council, past president of the Michigan Diabetes Association and a Genealogist for the Seeley Genealogical Society. Funeral services will be held from the Wetherby Company on Friday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and one hour before the service. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or charity of choice.
