Helen May Andrews

MOBILE COUNTY – Helen May Andrews, who retired as a procurement clerk at Brookley Field, died Tuesday at an area health care facility. She was 86.

Andrews was a native and resident of Citronelle.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Citronelle, Seeley Genealogy Society, the Historical Society and the Citronelle Garden Club.

Survivors include her husband, Golee Andrews of Citronelle; one son, James L. Kelley of Lillian; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle, where the service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle.
