Carol Moseman Lawry

LAWRY, Carol Moseman Age 56, passed away on Oct. 28 after being quickly consumed by cancer. She was well-known in Everglades City for her efficiency and spunky personality in the Seafood Depot restaurant and for all the community activities in which she participated. Carol was born in Schoharie, NY, and moved with her parents the late Georgia and Mortimer Moseman to St. Petersburg. She graduated from Boca Ciega High School and from the University of Florida with a degree in English Literature. She is survived by her husband Phill; sister Georgia Evans; niece Deborah Evans; and nephews David & Daniel Evans. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 3, at 5 pm in the Everglades Seafood Depot. Donations in her memory may be sent to Friends of the Museum of the Everglades, P.O.
