Tuck Kelly Seeley

SHERIDAN – Services for Tuck Kelly Seeley, 20 will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Nathan Brandt officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

Tuck died on Nov. 4, 1996, at the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County following a courageous battle against cancer.

He was born April 27, 1976, in Sheridan, the son of Lenard Seeley and Susan Goodman Seeley.

On June 15, 1994, he married Rebecca M. Stratman at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheridan.

He graduated from Big Horn High School in 1994.  He was a member of the Sheridan High School Rodeo Club and the National High School Rodeo Association.

He enjoyed horses and thoroughly enjoyed the sport of rodeo.  He won numerous awards, buckles and the all-around champion saddle during his high school years.

His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and many friends.  He was also a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheridan.

Prior to his illness, he was employed as a welder’s helper for Hettinger Welding Service in Gillette.

Survivors include his wife of Sheridan, his mother, Sue Goodman of Sheridan, his father, Lenard Seeley of Osage, his maternal grandparents, Bill and Norma Goodman of Sheridan, his paternal grandmother, Una Simmons of Tucson, Ariz., his brother, Jeff Seeley of Gillette and two sisters Crystal Sweeney of Sheridan and Codi Seeley of Osage.

Memorials may be designated to the Tuck Seeley Cancer Fund for the specific purpose of defraying medical expenses, in care of Delphine Toner, First Interstate Bank, P.O. Box 2007, Sheridan 82801.

Arrangements are with Champion Funeral Home.
