Richard L. Seeley, 77, 4020 Bellevue-Castalia Road, Castalia, died Monday morning at Firelands Community Hospital in Sandusky.
He was born in Sandusky and was a 1936 graduate of Sandusky High School.
He worked as a service manager for 33 years at Norwalk Motor Sales and also worked at NASA and Brohl and Appell in Sandusky.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Castalia and the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America.
Surviving are son Richard W. Seely of Castalia; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sister Florence Miller of North Fort Myers, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. His wife Dorothy, parents Charles and Floy (Homler) Seely, daughter Carol Ann Naszoian, and a granddaughter are deceased.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Ransom Funeral Home, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, where services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Norwalk.
Memorials may be made to the Margaretta Rescue Squad Fund or the roof or college fund of the church.
