James G. Seely

BOSTON, Mass. – James G. Seely, 72, of 1269 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, died Sunday, Aug. 19.

He was a nephew of Norman E. Seely, of 441 S. Main St., Jersey Shore.

Mr. Seely was a son of the late Dr. Frank E. and Tillie Seely. He was a former New York Central Railroad employe. While in Jersey Shore, he was active in the Democratic party, and he served as journal clerk in the State Senate during the term of Gov. George Earle in the 1930s.

He is survived by his wife, the former Bernice Eggleston, of Warren, Pa.

Burial took place at Boston today.
