Frank N. Seely, 69, of 1818 Brussels St., died today at Mercy Hospital. He was a dispatcher for the Red Cab Co. for 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; and sons, Thomas, Gerald, and William. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Ansberg-West Mortuary. The body will be in the mortuary after 2 p.m. Thursday.

SEELY – Frank L.N., of 1818 Brussels St. on Wednesday, age 68 years. Husband of Evelyn; father of Thomas, Gerald, and William Seely; 7 grandchildren also survive. Friends may call at the New Ansberg-West Mortuary, 3000 Sylvania Ave. between Douglas and Secor Rd., where services will be Saturday 11 A.M. Interment Toledo Memorial Park.
