Dawn L. Seely
Mom was an 87 year old resident of Everett, Washington when she passed away. She was loved and admired by family, friends and community. She was preceded in death by her husbands: William M. Staggs and Paul F. Seely and her mother and father, Herb and Louise McKinney. She is survived by her sister, Helyn Dawson of South Carolina as well as four nieces, nephews and their children. Locally she is survived by her children, Diana Lowry and James Staggs of Bellingham Wash., son, William “Mac” Staggs (Kathy) of Everett as well as tons of grandchildren, great and great/great grands. All that and she never forgot a birthday! Dawn may be best remembered for her 25 years of service to the Evergreen Area Council of the Boy Scouts or her long time service at Delta Baptist Community Church as well as the Woodinville Church of Christ. “Her service truly knew no boundaries” A very special shout out to the Sunrise View Retirement and Convalescent Center staff for the tender loving care provided to mom through the years. A “Celebration of Life” for the service of God’s servant, Dawn Seely will be held at 10:00 a.m., July 23, 2016, at the Woodinville Church of Christ, 22502 75th Ave SE, Woodinville, WA 98072.
