Dan “The Man” Seely, 31 of Pensacola, FL passed away on Tuesday December 25, 2007.
Dan was born in Pensacola, FL on February 20, 1976. He was a professional photographer and owner of Events Now and worked at Lockeed Martin in Ft. Walton, FL. Among his many accomplishments, he achieved a black belt in Yoshukai Karate, he volunteered his talents and time to the Gulf Breeze Relay for Life as well as the founder of Gulf Coast Social Club. He excelled in school and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Dan was always full of life and loved his friends, family and pets. Dan was a dear family member and friend. We could not have loved a better brother.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, “Punk” Godwin and Walter V. Seely Sr.; grandmother, Ruby Seely; and great-grandmothers, Capitola Godwin and Marie L. Bolder.
Survivors include his loving family, mother, Chand Godwin Seely; father, Walter Vincent Seely Jr.; step-mother, Shellee Seely; brothers, Casey Seely, Sean (Alexa) Seely, Shae (Jen Etters) Seely; grandmother, Halsie Godwin; grandparents, Clyde and Lorene Case; uncles, Danny and Doyle Case and families; aunts, Ann McLellan and Carol (Edwin) Roberts and family; God parents, Michaelene Roberts and Uncle Marco (Mary) Godwin and Sasha.
Visitation is 4:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Bayview Fisher-Pou and services will follow at 5:00 p.m.
