Seely, Brittany Leigh-Anne, age 21, passed away unexpectedly on Wed. Apr. 13, 2016 leaving behind a broken hearted family. Born on Feb. 21, 1995 in Elmira, Brittany was the daughter of Rick Allington & Alison Seely Brennan. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved daughter, Nayeli V. Jayne and Nayeli’s father, Austin Jayne; siblings, David Hurd, Connor Allington, Ashley Allington, Gabriella Belloma, Austin Allington, Tommy Brennan, Lucas Allington; maternal grandparents, Linda Graham & Charles Seely; paternal grandparents; Wayne & Carol Allington; step parents, Jennifer Allington and Tom Brennan, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends. Brittany graduated from Southside High School and with her love of helping people and nursing, she planned to attend Corning Community College in the nursing program. She had been employed by St. Joseph’s Hospital, Bethany, and Elcor Health Services. Enjoying the things a 21 year old does, Brittany most loved being a mother and raising Nayeli. Family and friends will be received at Caywood’s Funeral Home & Gardens, 1126 Broadway, Southport/Elmira, NY 14904 on Tue. Apr. 19, 2016 between the hours of 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held privately at her family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Nayeli V. Jayne Trust c/o Charles Seely, 1122 Woodbine Ave. Elmira, NY 14904.
