Friendly and outgoing, he deeply enjoyed the company of others, always ready with a good joke at hand. He loved and was loved dearly by his family and friends. A devout Christian, he was musically talented with a lifelong involvement in church choirs and a barbershop quartet. He worked two careers spanning over 50 years: First as an advertising account manager, then as a book publishing manager. A WWII veteran, he was decorated for heroism while serving on the USS Edsall. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Loving father of Arthur Jr. (Milagro), Martha Seely, Ken, and Lorraine Seely. Grandfather of Christine, Margaret, Patricia, Jennifer, Serena, Caitlyn, and the late Daniel. Great grandfather of Annaliese, Bryce, Aiden, and Jim.
