Mrs. Sadie A. Seeley, 82, of 1495 East Clinton Avenue, died yesterday in a Fresno rest home of a short illness.
Mrs. Seeley, a native of Rogersville, Pa., was married to Edgar E. Seeley in Randall, Kan., in 1899. They would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary December 24th. The couple moved to Selma in 1919 and to Fresno eight years ago. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Fresno.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Faye Mosier of Fresno, Mrs. Warren Smith of Visalia, and Mrs. Fern Nichols of San Jose; two sons, Kenneth D. Seeley and Charles Seeley of Fresno; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews in Kansas and California. Mrs. Seeley was the last surviving member of her family of eight. They included a twin brother, Joe Morris, who died in Kansas eight years ago.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 AM in the J.L. Robinson Chapel in Fresno. Burial will be in Floral Memorial Park in Selma.
