SEELY, ROBERT E. (BOB)
Passed away July 31, 1975. Resident of 251 -15th St., Eureka; father of Kathy Jordan of San Leandro; son of Edward Seely of Eureka and the late Jane Seely, who passed away in 1974; brother of Richard Seely, Art Seely, Elmo Seely all of Eureka, Mrs. Olive Kahn of San Lorenzo; he is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, one grandchild.
A native of Arcata, age 53 years. Mr. Seely was a combat veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army Infantry. He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Services. A member of the Humboldt Choral, Humboldt Harmonaires, Chapter of SPEBSQSA, he had an interest in bowling.
Friends are invited to attend services at Sander’s Funeral Home, Saturday August 2 at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Dale Edmonson officiating. Private interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
Honorary Bearers: Lee Barlow, San Steers, Bernie Burbage, Dan Chiaroni, Ernest Ludeman, Lee Coyle, Bill Riley, William Marlow.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Heart Association of the Redwoods or to a favorite charity.
