Funeral services for Orville K. Seelye, 318 Shady Lane, who died Tuesday afternoon, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday from Trinity Lutheran Church in Bismarck with the Rev. John H. Nicolai officiating.  Burial will be made in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Kraft, Roy Andahl, Arthur Rise, Charles Sanders, Lloyd Gribble and Walter Bailey.

Mr. Seelye was born July 1, 1906, at Ortonville, Minn.  As a young man he moved to a homestead south of New Leipzig with his parents.  In 1936 he moved to the Fort Rice community, in 1949 to the Wing community, and in 1959 to a farm 12 miles north of Bismarck where he has lived since that time.

He married Helen Johnson Nov. 25, 1925 at Bismarck.  She died in 1967.  He married Mary Martin Knoll on June 24, 1970.

He leaves his wife, Mary; two sons, Delbert, Bismarck, and Duane, Mandan; two daughters, Mrs. Val (Darlene) Wetsch and Mrs. Terry (Donna) Draft, both of Bismarck, and 11 grandchildren.

He also leaves one brother, Lloyd, Sonoma, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. Lowell (Daisy) Frances, Beatrice, Neb.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Bismarck Eagles and the Bismarck Moose Lodge, and was an honorary member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  (Boelter Funeral Home)
