SEELEY, Mrs. Nellie Jean (Randolph) of 3618 Cedarwood Lane, Beavercreek Twp., the daughter of William M. and Josie Ann Geer Randolph.  She was born Nov. 23, 1929 and passed away Monday, July 26, at Kettering Memorial Hospital.  She was united in marriage to Charles Seeley Jr. Nov. 9, 1946 to this union was born 2 children Mrs. Pat Tavner of Xenia and P.N. Kenmuth Seeley of Oxnard, Calif., she is also survived by 2 sisters Mrs. Pear Benson of Agoura, Calif.  Mrs. Ora Pugh of Christmas, Fla. 3 brothers Lester Randolph and Clarence Randolph both of Dayton, Ernest Randolph of Campbellsville, Ky.  2 grandchildren Charles and Jason Tavner, her mother-in-law Mrs. Susan J. Seeley of Dayton, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was of the Presbyterian faith, a member of Beaver Valley, Chapter No. 570, O.E.S.  She was employed by the R.K. Pfauhl Detective Bureau.  Funeral services 1 pm Thursday at the Tobias Funeral Home, 648 Watervliet Ave.  Pastor William I. Graham officiating.  Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.  Friends may call 6 to 9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
