QUEENSBURY — Lucille L. Seeley, 83, of Morgan Drive, Queensbury, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016, at her home with her son by her side.

Born Jan. 20, 1933 in Attleboro, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Heliodore and Rosa (Coderre) Laferriere.

On Aug. 17, 1957, Lucille married the love of her life, Robert E. Seeley at the St. Alphonsus Church in Glens Falls, celebrating 52 loving years of marriage until his passing on July 17, 2010.

After many years of dedicated service, Lucille retired from the Queensbury School as a bus driver. She was a communicant of the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation. She enjoyed shopping, puzzles, and most of all, her husband, home, and family.

Besides her parents, siblings, and husband, Lucille was also predeceased by a son, Brian Seeley.

Survivors include her two sons, Bruce Seeley of Queensbury, and William Seeley and his wife, Noreen, of Kings Park, Long Island; a daughter-in-law, Lillian Seeley of Glens Falls; five grandchildren, Kolbi, Shelby, Lucas, Erin, and Kelly Seeley; and one great grandchild, Gracie Shufelt; also several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Friends may call upon the family from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, at the Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette Street, Queensbury.

A Mass will follow the calling hour at 11:30 a.m. at the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation, Aviation Road, Queensbury.

Burial, next to her beloved husband, will be private at the convenience of the family at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, in Schuylerville.
