On June 10, 1989, at home, Canoga Park, California, after a prolonged illness, Frank Watson Seeley, U.S. Navy Veteran, WWII Pacific Theatre. Son of the late Sgt. Roy L. Seeley and the late Olive Hudson Seeley of Toronto. Most dearly loved brother of Elsie (Mrs. Joseph Devlin), Ottawa. Beloved husband of Cecillia Larsen. Dear father of Susan Morris, Miami; Alan and Jack Seeley, California. Grandfather of Niclas and Adam Seeley and the late Kara Seeley and Kenneth Johnson. After private service cremation followed with burial at sea. Memorial service held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, Canoga Park, June 16. For several years Frank was boy soprano soloist at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Toronto. Donations to your favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
