Elsie G. Seeley

Mrs. Elsie G. Seeley of 230 E. San Francisco Ave., a resident of Pomona for more than 25 years, died at 6:40 this morning in a local sanitarium.

Mrs. Seeley was born May 1, 1886, in Waverly, Kan.  She came to California from Chandler, Ariz., in 1937 to make her home in Pomona.  She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by two brothers, Oscar Gross of Gruver, Tes., and Alfred Gross of San Jose; a sister, Mrs. Cora Tilford of Rucson, Ariz.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Bertha Freeman of Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Stell Adams, of Glendale, W. Va.; and a niece, Cora Burwell of Tucson.

Funeral arrangements are being made at Todd Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Elsie Seeley

Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie G. Seeley of 230 E. San Francisco Ave. will be held tomorrow morning at 9:30 in Todd Memorial Chapel.  Dr. Harry C. Culver of Trinity Methodist Church will officiate.  Interment will be made in Pomona Cemetery by the side of her husband, Lafayette Seeley, who died in 1947.
