Bernard D. Seeley

Dansville – Bernard D. Seeley, 69, died Sunday (Nov. 1, 1970).  He was pronounced dead on arrival at Dansville Memorial Hospital after being taken ill at his home.

Born in Cohocton, he lived in Dansville for the past 29 years.  He formerly operated the Seeley Laundry on Ossian Street, was a retired draftsman for Foster Wheeler Corp. and more recently was employed as an estimator for the Sackett Tile Co. of Rochester.  He was a member of St. Mary’s Church.

Mr. Seeley is survived by his wife, Jean Perkins Seeley; two sons, Bernard Jr. and William, both of Dansville; six daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Murphy of Hornell, Miss Mary Seeley of Rochester, Mrs. Corrinne Wood, Mrs. Maureen Miner, Miss Julianne Seeley and Miss Karen Seeley, all of  Dansville, and 18 grandchildren.
