Bernard D. Seeley Jr.

Bernard D. Seeley Jr. of 43 Clara Barton St., died unexpectedly Wednesday while at work with the Bennett Construction Inc. firm of Dansville. He was 43.

Mr. Seeley was a native of Rochester but had lived in Dansville most of his life. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict and a member of Daniel Goho American Legion Post. He also was a member of the Dansville Loyal Order of Moose Lodge and of the Fish and Game Club.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Shirley Faulds Seeley; two sons, Patrick at home and Stephen of Dansville; a daughter, Mrs. Dawan Prame of Dansville; his stepmother, Mrs. Jean Donagan of Dansville; a brother, William of Dansville; two sisters, Mrs. Marilyn Murphy of Hornell and Mrs. Corrine Wood of Dansville; four half-sisters, Mrs. Mary Flanagan of Rochester, Mrs. Maureen Meyer and Miss Karen Seeley of Dansville, Mrs. Julia Matthews of Indiana.

A prayer service in the Chamberlin Funeral Home Saturday was followed by Mass of the Resurrection in St. Mary’s Church. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
