Canajoharie – Barbara J. Seeley, 61, of Canajoharie, NY passed away peacefully at her home on Friday December 4, 2020.
Barbara was born April 2, 1959 in Amsterdam, NY, to the late Bernard R. and Ivy M. (Barclay) Seeley. She resided on the family’s dairy farm until her move to Canajoharie in 1984.
Barbie enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, outings, spending time with her housemates and visiting with her family.
She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Seeley of Gloversville and Candice Seeley of Cavendish, VT; a niece, Theresa (Aaron) Waters and their children of Perkinsville, VT; a nephew, Scott Seeley of Cavendish, VT, one aunt; several cousins and her housemates and caregivers at the Liberty Ridge Road group home.
Besides her parents, she was pre-deceased by her two brothers, David (October 2020), and Martin (November 2017).
There will be no calling hours. Burial in St. Johnsville Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to the Masonic Lodge), 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY 518-568-7040.
