In an evening ceremony last night at the Temple Baptist Church Miss Carroll Ann Grindol, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Grindol of Maroa became the bride of Dean Arthur Seely, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Seely, Rural Route 2. The Rev. J.M. Carlson officiated.

The bride wore a gown designed by her mother, made of brocade faille with veil of silk illusion, and carried pink and white roses on a Bible.

Miss Sue Sullivan was maid of honor in pink faille. Her flowers were a colonial bouquet of pink and white roses.

Joseph Butler served as best man, and ushers were William Henderson and Dorwin Sullivan.

Following the reception in the church annex, the couple left for a short wedding trip. Upon their return, they will reside at 1225 E. Pershing Rd.

The bride is employed by Woolworth’s and the groom is with the Francis I. DuPont Co.
