Mrs. Ellen Mascho The funeral of Mrs. Ellen Mascho was held Sunday at the home and at the Austinburg church. Rev. Ruch, of Osceola, officiated; burial in Austinburg. Mrs. Mascho was born at Hector, May 22, 1859, daughter of Charles and Sarah Swimley Seeley. She was one of 11 children, Mrs. Mary Green, of Missouri; Mrs. Oriel Bassett, of Ulysses, and Herbert Seeley, of Tully, N.Y., survive. She was married May 11, 1878, to Syvelton V. Mascho, who died five years ago. To them were born nine children, the following surviving: Mrs. Bell Hess, of Sabinsville; Charles Hess, of Westfield; Mrs. Matie Grenold, of Spencer, N.Y.; Mrs. Laura Bathrick, of Savinsville; John, at home; Albert, of Westfield. Since her marriage, 57 years ago, she had resided on the Mascho homestead in Brookfield. Besides six children, she leaves 23 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
