Wayne Seeley, 82, passed away Tuesday evening, June 25, 2019 at home.
He was born March 27, 1937 in Phoenixville to the late Lindon and the late Chloe (Empson) Seeley. Wayne spent most of his life in Chester County and York, Lancaster County. He was a 1955 graduate and classmate in the final class of the Spring City High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial design from Philadelphia College of Art, where he was able to use his skills as an engineer for Dupont and Densupply companies. In addition, Wayne served our country in the Navy.
Wayne leaves behind his loving wife, Barbara Barndt Miller Seeley and son Samuel Seeley, grandchildren: Samuel Charles Seeley and Sage Violet Seeley and his step daughter Ann Marie McDonald. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 11 AM at the Royersford/Fernwood Cemetery 988 Walnut Street, Royersford, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Wayne’s honor to Zion Lutheran Church 39 Bonnie Brae Rd. Spring City, PA 19475 and Tri County Home and Health Hospice, 3 Armand Hammer Blvd., Suite 201 Pottstown, PA 19464
