Theodore L. Seeley

BELMONT – Theodore L. Seeley, 45, of RD 3, died unexpectedly Thursday night.  A construction worker, he had worked Monday on the Allentown to Andover Rd.

Born March 4, 1919, in Troy, Pa., Mr. Seeley was a son of Floyd Seeley and the late Lena Screwdanni Seeley.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Before moving to Belmont in 1952, he had resided in Elmira.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife, Mrs. Arlouine Allen Seeley whom he married Mary 8, 1945; a daughter, Sonya; a son, Theodore Jr., of the U.S. Navy; two sisters, Mrs. John Shay of Waverly and Mrs. Joseph Denkenberger of Horseheads; five brothers, August of Ithaca, William of VanEtten and Floyd, Lewis and Richard, all of Elmira.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Olmstead Funeral Chapel.  The Rev. Burdette Howe of the Belmont Methodist Church will officiate.  Burial will be in Forrest Hills Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
