Ruth Cox Seeley on Friday, November 12, 1982 at her home in Manassas after a long illness, Mrs. Seeley was born November 27, 1902 in Farmville, Va. The youngest child of the late Ben M. and Helen Howlett Cox; and was the last surviving member of her family; she is survived by her husband, Conway L. Seeley and the grandson Robert C. Hill; Mrs. Seeley attended Farmville State Teachers College, now Longwood; and at one time taught school at Manassas. Graveside service will be conducted 11 A.M. Monday, November 15, by the Rev. William B. Day at National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church Va. Family requests expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. Family will receive friends at her home 9040 N. Grant Ave. Manassas. Local arrangements Baker Funeral Home, Manassas.
