Roland Seely, 48, Waymart, Dies Following Illness
Roland Seely, 48, Waymart formerly of Nescopeck, Pa., died yesterday morning at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, after an illness.
Mr. Seely, a resident of Waymart for the past few years, was manager of a dairy in that community. He was a member of Waymart Volunteer Hose Co., the Lions Club, Grange and attended the Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Nettie Bitler; three daughters, Nettie P., a teacher at Tannersville; Sara L. and Audrey D., both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Seely, Nescopeck; a brother, Edwin, Berwick; four sisters, Mrs. Lenora Remensnyder, Berwick; Mrs. Frederick Smethers, Elizabeth, N.J.; Mrs. Richard Raugh and Mrs. Raymond Brown, both of Nescopeck.
The funeral will be held at Nescopeck.
