NEW PORT RICHEY – Raymond E. Seeley, 68, of 502 E. Missouri Ave., died Friday.  A native of New York, he moved here two years ago from Syracuse, N.Y.  He was a railroad signal maintainer, a Baptist and a Mason.  Survivors include his widow Mrs. Mary Seeley, New Port Richey; three sons, Robert E. and Kenneth R. Seeley, Syracuse, and Nelson Seeley, Memphis, Tenn.; a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Gell, Trumansburg, N.Y., and a sister.

Syracuse, Nelson A., Memphis, Tenn., a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Gell, Trumansburg, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Neva Sayles, Weedsport.  North Funeral Home, New Port Richey.
