Olive L. Seely

MARYSVILLE – Olive L. Seely, 61, of 50 Mack Ave., died Friday, April 11, 1986, in Mercy Hospital, Port Huron, following a long illness.

She was born Dec. 19, 1924, in Port Huron, and was a lifelong area resident.  She married William T. Seely May 3, 1947, in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Mrs. Seely was a seamstress with the ford Motor Co. for 17 years before her retirement this year.

She is survived by her husband; four sons, William T. Jr., Thomas D. and Brian D., all of Port Huron, and Paul E., Arcadia, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Gayle) Welser and Mrs. Thomas (Janet) Landschoot, both of Marysville, and Mrs. George (Anita) Lonsberry, Port Huron; nine grandchildren; four brothers, Harold McClellan, Port Huron, Duncan McClellan, Fair Oaks, Calif., Donald McCellan, Spring, Tex., and Daniel McClellan, Spring, Tex., and Daniel McClellan, Kingsley, Mich.; and two sisters, Mrs. Stanley (Rose) Miller,  Port Huron, and Mrs. Mary Jane Medellin, Escondido, Calif.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond McClellan, and two grandsons.

Mrs. Seely donated her body to the University of Michigan.  Friends may call on the family Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
