OLNEY – Melvin Dale Seely, 66, of Olney died 10:15 a.m. Monday (Feb. 23, 1987) in Southwest Regional Medical Center, Fort Myers, Fla.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in summers Funeral Home, Olney, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial with military rites will be in Maple Dale Cemetery, Olney.
Mr. Seely was born in Bridgeport, son of Lowell and Alma Seely. He was a retired florist, a member of Grace Evangelical Methodist Church of Olney and a Navy veteran of World War II. He married Agnes Gibson in 1941.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Robert of Olney; Alan of Alma; brother, Wayne of Olney; four grandchildren.
