ELM SPRINGS – Funeral services for Frank Seely, 87, who died May 11 in Vancouver, Wash., will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Elm Springs Community Church. The Rev. Vernon Morrison will officiate.
Burial will be in Elm Springs Cemetery under direction of Behrens Mortuary.
Seely was born in Lyons, Kan., Feb 4, 1892. He married Mamie Trask in Rapid City, June 8, 1921. They ranched in the Elm Springs area for many years. He retired in 1952 and moved to Burlington, Wash.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John (Twila) Brink, Burlington, Wash., Mrs. Don (Velma) MacNaughton, Spokane, Wash., and Mrs. Ray (Phyllis) Graves, Hillsborough, Ore.; one brother, Ira Seely, Sugar Creek, Mo., one sister, Lois McVicker, Guthrie, Okla., eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mamie, Jan. 29, 1978. (date should be 1979)
