Frank D. Seely

MONETT – Frank D. Seely, 41, of Monett, died Sunday night in a hospital here.  He had been ill since suffering a head injury in March.

A carpenter, he was a veteran of World War II.

Mr. Seely was admitted to St. Vincent’s Hospital March 25 after suffering an apparent hemorrhage while installing an air conditioner.  He had been in and out of the hospital since that time.

Surviving are his wife, Fleta Mae; his mother, Mrs. Edith Seely, Kansas City; two sons and four daughters, Gary Linn, Frank D., Jr., Paula Ann, Peggy Beth, Pamela Kay, and Becky Lynette, all of the home; two brothers, John, Cassville, and David Anchorage, Alaska; four sisters, Mrs. Norma Simpson, Okla., Mrs. Chester Snider, Jenkins, Mrs. John Henbest, Cassville, and Mrs. Tom Ray, Kansas City.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Culver Chapel in Cassville with the Rev. Leon Riddle and the Rev. Marvin Bennett officiating.  Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
