Ervin A. Seely, 76, of Sarasota, formerly of Philadelphia, Pa. died Nov. 4, 2011.
Services will be private. Jennings Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Ervin retired from the Philadelphia Fire Department as a lieutenant after 25 years of service. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army and will be interred at Sarasota National Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Barbara; son, Brian and daughter-in-law Jill; grandchildren, Laura, Rachel, Brian, Jr. and Kendall Seely and Madison and Hannah Flick.
