Danny Oliver Seely

Danny Oliver Seely, 65, of Kirbyville, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in Skaggs Community Health Center in Branson. Visitation will be Monday, March 3, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home, Branson. Burial will be at a later date in the Crown Hill Cemetery in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Seely, Kirbyville; five sons; two daughters; one brother; two sisters; 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Danny Oliver Seely, 65, of Kirbyville, will be held March 3, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home in Branson. Burial will be at a later date in Crown Hill Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.

Mr. Seely died Feb. 26, 2008 at Skaggs Community Health Center in Branson.

Dan was born the son of William J. and Helen L. (Ray) Seely. He worked as a brick mason and was a member of the Brick Mason Union in Kansas City. He was also involved with the Elks Club in Excelsior Springs. He married Joyce Barnett in 1963 and they moved to Kirbyville from Excelsior Springs.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ruby Holman.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Seely, of the home; sons, Donnie Campbell, of Lawson, Bobby Campbell, of Rayville, Scott Seely, of Kirbyville, Steven Seely, of Powersite, and Mike Seely, of Branson; daughters, Pam Zumalte, of Excelsior Springs, and Kim Sochocki, of Branson; brother, Bill Seely, of Mosby; sisters, Wilma Hardwick and Flora Phillips, both of Excelsior Springs; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
