FORMER RESIDENT PASSES AWAY

Word was received Thursday afternoon of the death of Nina B. Spooner. Her life was spent in Mallet Creek until a few years ago, on account of failing health she moved to Akron to make her home with her daughter. She passed away Thursday at the age of 58 years and 8 months at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucille Webb, in Akron. Her husband preceded her in death by several years. She leaves to mourn their loss, her mother, Mrs. Addie Seeley of Mallet Creek, three other daughters, Mrs. Pauline Funk of Medina, Mrs. Vera King and Mrs. Zelma Witter, both of Akron, 6 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Cora Burnham of Medina, a brother, Jesse Seeley of York, a host of other relatives and friends who extend their sympathy to the bereaved family. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, in the Waite Funeral home in Medina, with burial in the Mallet Creek cemetery.
