Mrs. Martha E. Yates, 76 years old, wife of G.M. Yates, of Willow Point, died this morning at the City hospital, as the result of injuries suffered several weeks ago, when her hands were crushed in the rollers of a washing machine. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Fred Yates of this city, and W.R. Yates of Willow Point; a daughter, Mrs. Sarah E. Westfall; six grandsons, three granddaughters and one great grandson.
