Marlene Seeley Wilson (1934-2009)
CEDAR FALLS – Marlene Seeley Wilson, 75, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Mallard Point Retirement Residence.
She was born March 18, 1934, in Belle Fourche, S.D., daughter of Nelville and LaVerne Wilson Seeley. She married Neil B. Wilson on Jan. 22, 1956, in Rapid City, S.D. He died Feb. 24, 1996.
Mrs. Wilson was a graduate of Butler University, Indianapolis.
Survived by: a daughter, Diane (Ron) Ebert of Waterloo; two sons, Kenneth Austin of New Hampton and Kurtis Daniel of Mason City; a granddaughter, Allison Grace Wilson of Mason City; and a brother, John Wilson (Julie) Seeley of Harvard, Mass.
Preceded in death by: her parents.
Memorial services: 2:30 p.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with private family burial in Fairview Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials: may be directed to the family in lieu of flowers.
