SHELBINA – Fannie M. Spicer, 91, of Madison, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006, at Boone County Medical Center in Columbia.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Madison. Bro. Jamie Franke will officiate.

The Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Spicer was born July 31, 1915, in Shelby County, Ill., to John and Nora Mae Corley Seely.

She was married to Woodrow H. Spicer on Nov. 4, 1936. He survives.

Other survivors include one daughter, Judith Burton of Madison; two granddaughters, Jill Diane Housh of Columbia and Julie Forsyth of Fairfield, Iowa; one great-grandson, William Hugh Forsyth of Fairfield, Iowa; and seven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Dwight Seely and Leonard “Short” Seely; and one sister, Irene Franklin.

Memorials are suggested to the Clarence Christian Church.
